Sadly, I opened my Potomac News today to learn that long-time Republican activist Dawn Conlan has passed away. I vividly remember driving her convertible in a Montclair parade or two.
Condolences to her family and other friends. Services will be held at 4 p.m., on Monday, 6 March, at First United Presbyterian Church of Dale City.
