Took the family out to dinner tonight, and saw a report that the ever-estimable Arlen Specter (R-PA) is questioning why the NFL destroyed videotapes regarding the early-season "scandal" over the New England Patriots' videotaping of opponents' practice sessions, instead of saving it for senatorial investigating committees.
Uh, because the Senate should have better things to do than investigating a game?
