The NEA on Home Schooling

Another fine example of the attitudes underlying why the Youngs are reticent to turn their children over to the government schools, or anyone affiliated with the NEA.

Nice work NEA. Brilliant defense of gov't schooling...."The views expressed in this column are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the views of the NEA or its affiliates." Why even post the article if you're not willing to stand behind it's precepts? I attended a gov't/home schooling conference held by our local chamber of commerce last year. It was very telling to see how defensive local school bureaucrats were of anything home schooling parents had to say.
